6 days on 1 off

monday-chest
tuesday- back
wed-legs
thurday-shoulders
friday-tri's and bi's
sat-i'll work on a particular body part that needs extra working(like back for me)
sunday-off

This is what I do and it work so far injury free
 
You guys are crazy. If your going 6 days in a row your either a genetic freak or not pushing it hard enough. I'd be dead in 2 weeks lol.
 
i might even do 5 on 2 off, I usually just listen to my body...I kno when to push it and kno when to take it easy
 
Your body grows when you rest.

NO MORE than 3 days on B4 taking a day off.

I have hard time taking a day off, too, but you gotsta do it...

im with ya on this. just wanted to see if anyone else out there did that, shit i was 7 on 0 off for 2 years i definitely noticed i was overtraining tho!
 
On cycle I can go 5-6 days if I want ...but why?
Too fuck in boring if you ask me to spend that much time in the gym...is not like I'm trainig for Mr Olimpia
I go to the gym as little as possible but enough to make progress:)

lol wow thats nuts 7 on, I like my one day off I lounge all day long, sleep and eat not doing a damn thing
 
I make my best strength and size gains training three days a week. I am drug free though.....
 
6 days a week? NO way...

There isn't overtraining, there is under recovery though. It could be done. I could train 6 days a week if I had no stress in my life, didn't work, ate 500+g protein a day, 6-8,000 calories, and didn't train full intensity.
