(6-26) shirted bench day

raw: 45x10, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3
shirt on: 245x3, 260x3, 275x3, 300x3 (misloaded but PR), 245x5
5 board: 245x3, 275x3, 315x3, 345x3, 375x3 (PR)
4 board: 275x3, 315x3, 345x1, 345x3 (PR), 365x1 (missed 2nd)
shrugs: 135x15, 155x15, 165x15
hammer curls: 20x10, 40x6

my shirt is pretty damn loose. i either:

a ) grow to 275 (and have bodyweight ratio suck..unless my strength flies up with my bodyweight)

b ) get it altered and not have enough time to train in it or even get it back before my next contest (going out of state for a month)
 
A) have it altered if you are going to lose more weight and relativly stay the same upper chect size.

B) grow into it if you are going to gain more mass in the lats and chest area.

remember your body is 3D so gaing some back size+traps+delt and am little more chest will help you fill the shirt in. especially if you lose fat while packing the muscle on.

i have hit 275 for a kinda easy triple..so i'm guessing 315 or more if i can get it off my chest
