5X5 essential means 5 sets with 5 reps per set?

you sound new to this so i'll help you out. if your looking for a lot of info do a search and check the sticky's posted at the top of the board prior to asking a bunch of questions. not that we would'nt help but chances are there is already a lot of good info out there and you'll be able to get it quicker and not have to wait for replys - especially about 5x5 and DC training - practically every other post on this board has something to do with one of the two. good luck and keep us posted on the progress
