I am into my 3rd month on 5X5. It is starting to get harder now, I was thinking of finishing this week of 5X5 then starting to alternate one week of 5X5 then the next week doing high reps with lower weight then swithcing back the following week to 5x5. Maybe doing that would allow me to last longer with the 5X5 by giving more time to recoup?
