I've been doing 5x5 for a while, and I'm still going to do it for a while longer because i like the template. Although I want to change the exercises because they're going stale. How does this look:
Front Squat 5x5
Incline Press 5x5
Cleans 8x3
Front Squat 4x5
Push Press 6x3
High Pulls 4x5
Front Squat 4x5, 1x3, 1x8
Incline Press 4x5, 1x3, 1x8
Cleans 8x3
I was aiming to change every exercise from what I was used to. What should I do with the cleans? ramp them up every set or sets across? maybe 6x3 cleans and a couple of sets of pullups?
