BB-Rows 5x5 / 3x3

Wednesday
Frontsquats 5x5 / off
Deadlifts 3-5x5 / 3x3
Pushpresses 5x5 / 3x3
Weighted Chins 5x5 / 3x3

Friday
Fullsquats 5x5 / 3x3
Inclinepresses 5x5 / 3x3
Powercleans 5x5 / 3x3
+Weighted Dips 1xBW+1x8+1x5+1x3

also high rep/low intens. Core-Work after all session haven't noted,

Possibly, don't really know where you are coming from so impossible to say. You're set up for pretty significant volume, most haven't needed that and especially on their first run (but I don't know your history - still think conservatively). The 1x5 on the back squats should be Friday. The way the load variation is during the week this is going to work out better. It could work fine the other way but there is no reason to change it and possibly make it worse. The idea is to peak into the triples anyway, setting 1x5 records isn't such a big deal that it needs to be prioritized (not sure what you mean about 1x5 records only, I wouldn't mess with this much at all unless you really know what you are doing), if you are loading heavy, you might not be able to but may still get great triples further out.

If you've never done a linear type of workout you should probably start from there and then after gains stop, switch to periodization or if you are truly an advanced athlete. All this being if you're somewhat new to working out, like madcow said we don't know how long you've been training well and such
