Is this really the best workout for weight gains for skinny guys? I never seem to see many muscle size increases and usually get discouraged. Is there a better way to go for size or is this as good as it gets?
i don't think you can call any program "the best"... but if you want a program who guys see tremendous gains on and is put together by a guy who really knows his shit, then yes you should do 5x5 training.
