bigdho New member Jul 25, 2004 #2 Im current doing 5x5 and have 2 back days 1 for width and 1 for thickness. I love it. day 1 chest upper back (width) abs day 2 legs calfs day 3 off day 4 shoulders lower back (thickness) traps abs day 5 bis tris calfs day 6,7 off
