5X5 routine questions

Ok, got squats three days per week and deads on 1. The question is....

If I run 20 miles per week....4 tuesday, 4 thursday, 5 saturday, 7 sunday....is it possible to get any type of recovery? If I move the runs to 4 mon, 4, weds, 5 fri, and 7 sunday?

The thing is the running can't go away. I can move mileage around and be cool with that. It ideally needs to be 4 days per week but I am willing to consider 3 days per week. Although keeping 20 miles is the thing.

If it helps, I am "on" right now. So I suppose recovery is quicker. I have always favored major compound lift routines over splits with -as you guys love - pinky extended reverse curls. But, if I hit legs only one day per week I can plan on recovery for running and dealing with soreness.

So what is it. Can I be an AAS user, enjoy 5x5 or 10x3 routines, and reads Runners World all at the same time?

And for good measure I will of course be using:

LipoFlame
Derma whatever
Flush
and protein powder that is 7 trillion times more effective than ordinary protein.

If you're doing slow, long-distance running then I don't think it'll effect you all that much. Especially if you're eating enough and with the "supplements" you're taking. I'd still squat twice per week. I think you'll notice the muscle soreness that you're anticipating won't be near a s bad a s you think once your body is adjusted to the training schedule.

The key here is EAT. Eat a ton.

Yeah. One of the short days is more sprint work and one of the other days is a hilly cross country course. And whatever cals I do eat, I make sure to eat extra for the total cals burnt running too.
