I'm doing the Intermediate 5x5. For Wednesday's workout, what angle does everyone set their bench to for incline bench presses? 45 or 30? Or just stick with military presses?
Yeah my gym every bench is adjustable so I have a range of -18 all the way up to vertical. So I was wondering what angle is best? I'm guessing 45 because it works more of the shoulders.
Do the military press unless injury's preventing you. That way, you'll end up using your core and other stabilising muscles that you wouldn't use when sat on your ass.
