hey bros... I started my first day on the 5x5 routine today and I have one question-
The main thing I was worried about was not over shooting my starting weights...I would find myself very dissapointed if I failed somewhere in the upcoming weeks. EVerything went greaty today only thing I'm worrying about was my 5x5 squat... I managed to get every rep of all five sets done.. but it was more challenging than I thought it would have been at the weight. My question is.... should I just suck it up and continue with the weight increaseses I had planned or possibly repeat this same weight for my next squat (5x5) workout? thanks........
