5X5 question Please help asap

Tommorow is my chest and triceps day and I was gonna give the 5x5 a go.What I usually do is:

Flat BB BP 3x7

Incline DB BP 3x7

Flat Flies 3x7

Incline BB DP 3x7

I was told to ditch the flies and only do 5x5 for the flat BB BP. SHould I keep the Fliees and Get rid of the Incline BB BP? Do I do 5x5 with all my excersise or only some? Please indicate which ones.Thanks for your help :jenscat

You do the 5x5, which has the excercises already planned out for you. You wanting to do the 5x5 AND your Routine?
 
nah I ahvent even seen the 5x5 proagram.I was explained to do 5 sets of 5 reps lol could you give me a link to it fuck Im dumb
 
Death Drop Rob it's DDT Dave here... the 4-6 rep range is generally considered prime strength building range... so that's why the 5x5 set/rep scheme often gets suggested. The actual 5x5 program, as you've been linked to (beware the imitators), is an amazing strength building program that you should definitely devote some time to.
 
Thanks but Im not looking for strength building.Looking for mass.I forgot who it was but he told me when he started doing 5 sets 5 reps he noticed big results.Alot of width so he said.Ill have to tell my friends Suplex Sam and Hurracurana Harry about this lol
