Tommorow is my chest and triceps day and I was gonna give the 5x5 a go.What I usually do is:
Flat BB BP 3x7
Incline DB BP 3x7
Flat Flies 3x7
Incline BB DP 3x7
I was told to ditch the flies and only do 5x5 for the flat BB BP. SHould I keep the Fliees and Get rid of the Incline BB BP? Do I do 5x5 with all my excersise or only some? Please indicate which ones.Thanks for your help
