Goal:
Power lifting

week 1
Bench Press 120-165
Barbell Row 135-155
over head press 80-85
Dead lift 140-160
Squats 130-165

week 2
Bench Press 165-180
Barbell Row 155- 170
over head press 85-110
Dead lift 165-180
Squats 185-190

week 3 (Ended today) "REALLY PUSHED HARD THIS WEEK"
Bench Press 180-205
Barbell Row 170-185
over head press 110-115
Dead lift 180-235
Squats 190-265

I think I was working out with too little weight for a long time so the first 2 weeks I was able to increase very fast, now I'm in the 3rd /4th week. I have pushed really hard so far but don't want to hit a brick wall and max out befor the end of 12 weeks. I just ordered some fraction plates so I can add .5-1lb. every work out. about 3-5 lbs a week for 9 more weeks and see were I'm at..

Is it a good idea to stat using fractional plates now? Or should I just keep going as much as I can.
 
First month complete progress.

Totals:

Bench 120-230 lbs
Row 135-195 lbs
OHP 80-125 lbs
Dead 140-235 lbs
Squat 130-270 lbs * dropped down to 190 due to form check

Notes:
Squats
Noticed that my squats were very sloppy and no were near full depth decided to drop weight until my form was good and start adding from there. I believe my mistake was trying to be superman and just kept adding weight not paying attention to anything but weight.

Bench
One of my strong points, mid 3rd week I started to removing the foam roll from bench and can now arch my back properly with out it :supercool Still add 5 lbs and do 1 extra set at the end to see what next week is going to feel like.
increased my 1RM by 30lbs this month :supercool

Row
Has to be my favorite exercise no problems but should work on grip...
