Yes I have my own strength based routine which I love, Iv taken a brake from deads and very easily overtrain on them so I was gonna just take them slowly but I thought I would try the approach madcow 5x5 has were the lifts start out easy and u build it up each week with no sets to failure. I do the 5x5 deads (which on the 5x5 calculator it only says to do 4 sets) then 2 sets romanian deads to 6-8 reps. I did that wednesday and my hamstrings and entire back is sore
