5x5 chest help...

well im on week 9 of my 5x5. today was chest day and this was
my flat bench:

135x5
210x5
210x5
210x5
210x5
210x5

now, with my last two sets i needed a little help for that 5th rep. nothing big, just a little. does this mean i should stay at this weight next week or should i go ahead and move up to 215? any help would be necessary. thanks.
 
I'd say give it a shot at 215. If you find yourself struggling, try 215 again the following week. A little help on one rep shouldn't keep you from progressing.

oh yeah... and do you do this for every exercise... so lets say your doing chest on one day and you usually do 3-4 execises... do you do the 5x5 thing for all of them?

No. Only one excercise, the first, usuall some kind of bench, is done as 5x5. You do two additional chest excercises, 2x8 each. That's it.
