well im on week 9 of my 5x5. today was chest day and this was
my flat bench:

now, with my last two sets i needed a little help for that 5th rep. nothing big, just a little. does this mean i should stay at this weight next week or should i go ahead and move up to 215? any help would be necessary. thanks.
