like guinness said, you shed bodyfat in the kitchen. the kitchen is the meat and potatoes (i had to do it) of losing fat, the cardio is dessert. id hit the main course for awhile, measure progress, then incorporate dessert
I did it. Worked just fine. May be a few days/weeks where things get tough and you have to realize that you may sacrifice a bit by going a bit slower than usual b/c you're not eating enough. But otherwise, no worries.
