5x5 advanced

Hi all Ive finished the 5x5 intermediate yesterday and would like to start the advanced programme, Im from the UK so my lifts are in KG's

All lifts are 5x5

Squat: 185kg (407)Oly depth
Bench: 170kg (374)
Row: 135kg (297)
Inc bench: 135kg (297)
Deadlift: 220kg (485)
Dips: 60kg (132)

I was wondering should I start it now or have a break? And how much of a warmup do I do before the 5x5 or the non-ramped weights?

if your body feels ready bro go for it.. give it a week and then see how your joints are feeling and how your body is adapting.. thats the best way to tell if your ready or not.. Best of luck anywayz
 
Thanks mate, Erm yeah maybe giving it one week might be best.... lol. Ill see how I go this week with the lighter start to the programme.,
