running it 12 weeks
almost done with week 6
up 24 lbs from 240-264, aprox 18% bodyfat pre cycle, not sure what it is right now
d bol- wk 1-5 25 mgs a day
te st e/d eca- 300mgs a week for 10 weeks
te st e wk 10-12

here are my pre cycle lifts
these are my heavy sets of all my bodyparts that i do
my current weights == my goals
315 bench, 8-10 reps, 3 sets == 365, 10 reps for 3 sets
405 squats, 5-6 reps, 3 sets == 405, 10-12 reps, 5 sets
315 bent over rows, 10 reps, 3 sets == 405, 10 reps, 3 sets
8-10 pull ups, bodyweight, 3 sets == at least 15 pullups, 3 sets
225 bb military press, 6 reps, 2 sets == 275 6 reps, 3 sets
405 deadlifts, 5 reps. 3 sets == 495 5 reps, 3 sets


here are my current weights
bench 365 sets of 8, 405 set of 5, almost to my goal
squats 405 3 sets of 8, will hit my goal
bent over rows 405 for a set of 7, need to step it im going to hit the goal
pullups will hit
military barbell 275 for a set of 4, will be close
deads- really havent done them, will start again next week

im going to add tren e soon to the cycle to help cut a little prior to p c t
also, will do hcg and nolva for pct

plan on running a 2-3 week 200mgs a day dnp run after pct to help fight the estrogen fat gain
 
it was chest day today
felt strong
hit bench
315 x 8
365 x 8
385 x 8
405 x1, during the rep, at the bottom, i pulled my front delt
i completed the rep and was done for the day

pretty disappointing day overall
just hit the stairmill for 30 mins

weight was 265 today, its been a week without the dbol and no weight has been lost

i will go light on friday(shoulders) and next monday to help rehab this damn shoulder
guess i got lucky, could have been a rotator or ac joint
 
yesterday was a hard back workout
i kind of fell the lack of dbol, as my strentgh and bloat have gone down a tad

did 3 x 10 for pullups
dumbell rows
deadlifts, did a sey of 6 with 405, felt harder that it should have, im going to move to the beginning of the workout next week
bent over rows 2 x15 reps with 225, trying to squeeze the inner back and lower traps

30 mins of the stairmill

i pour sweat day and night, sheets are wet

still waiting to get the tren in, my source is taking longer than normal, i wonder if the china powder thing has anything to do with it
 
today was legs
good day
instead of squats, we did leg presses, got to 12 plates on each side for a set of 10

we did front squats on the smith machine with 225
lunges with 135
leg curls, straight leg deadlifts and calves

weight was 260 today, i didnt eat enough today so im guessing thats why its down

i started my tren tonight, added 75mgs with my test shot
im going to lean up the last 4-5 weeks of this cycle
 
we hit shoulders today

i forgot to take it easy on the front delt i pulled on monday and slightly reaggrevated it doing military dumbell presses
for 1 set of 12 with 120lb
then did 6 the next set before reaggrevating it

2 sets of 8 behind the neck barbell with 225

getting more vascular
im a bit more pissy today, not sure if its due to the tren or not sleeping too well last night

did 15 mins on stair mill
weighed in at 262
 
about a week ago, im guessing the test e hit to the max
drive has gone through the roof, its all i can think about all the time
my wife cant handle it anymore as she constantly is staying sore down there

ever since i added the tren, my metabolism is up
going to the bathroom at least 4 times a day since i started it last thurs
no other changes noted since adding the tren
im guessing it will take around 3 weeks to see the visual changes
im interested to see if my strength has gone up today
cant push it too hard as my shoulder is still not fully healed form last monday, and the re-aggrivation of it last fri

hittin the gym soon
 
well, i tweaked my delt again
did chest today
wasnt going to go very heavy
315 for 10 reps
315 for 15 reps, on the 15th rep, when i forced it, i tweaked it again

its not real bad, but bad enoght to stop bench
just did a bunch of flies and hammer strength after that

was pissesd im hurt, i feel strong right now and want to get the most of out it while my cycle is weeks from being over

weighed in a 262

still doing cardio, 30 mins on the stair mill
