5mg winny

I am on my 8th week now and started my winny on monday. I took 40mg monday/ 50 mg tues/ and today will keep it on 50mg for the next two weeks or so.

my question is this/

I take it like this

10mg @ 8am/11am/2pm/5pm/8pm/

is this a good??

@ one point I read that the life is about 3 1/2 hours and another thread I read it was @ around 9 hours??

should I stay taking it the way I am taking it or take 5 pills in the am and 5 pills in the pm???

I just split them up am/pm, but more can't hurt. Even if the T1/2 is 9hrs, more frequently just means more even bloodlevels.
