I gained around 13lbs in the first two-three weeks after and still managed to keep my lean appearance. Since then I've gained an additional 5lbs but, my abs are starting to fade. Just guessing, I'd say Im in the 7-8% range now. I've kept my diet fairly clean. I plan on bumping my calories up soon but, I am having a few medical issues right now that I need to resolve before I start messing with my diet again. I'm sure I could have gained a lot more post contest but, I tried to keep it sensible and also wanted a break from constantly monitoring my food.
