50mg Dbol Dosage.

Wassup guys.

I have a quick question.

My friend is about to start taking dbol and winstrol but isnt sure about the dosage times..

Hes going to split the 50mg dbol to 4 pieces and take it every 4 hours.

1st dose - 7am
2nd dose - 11am
3rd dose - 3pm
4th dose - 7pm

What happens after hes taken his dose for the day? Does he need to continue taking the 5th dose at 11pm and so on etc etc as the dbol only stays in your body 3-4 hours or is that it for the day until 7am the next morning?

I dont use steroids so i guess my stats are irrelevant.

My friend is 23, 6ft 1" weighs around 190-200 pounds.

Thats all i know bro is that enough?

for a newb like him that needs to ask this question i would recommend running only 20mg a day... 10mg in the am, 10 in the pm. run forma with it.

its as simple as that.

he doesn't need 50mg

20mg split am and pm will be enough for ur 1st cycle..50 is too much for now

this is how you take dbol and winstrol

take the dbol then 3 months later start the winstrol

dont take two orals at the same time.

and 50mg is too high like everyone else said.
