5 x 5 legs

My leg workout is like this

hack squat- 5x5

leg curls- 2x8-10

plate loaded squat press- 2x8-10
 
Tweakle, how is that program working for you? I'm considering doing:
deads 5X5
squat 2X10
and calf....something high haha.
 
was going pretty good bro, up to 455 for 5x5 full, raw squats last time I did legs and 405 for 8 on the stiff legs.. put on a bit of fat but my thighs are just over 29"

you should K.I.S.S whenit comes to legs, there's no need for multiple pressing movements or isolation work if you squat hard for enough sets imo

unfortunatley I cant train for the forseeable future :(
