5th stick today and playing ball to get a sweat before lifting...throw my lower back
. Heard two small pops and it's really tensed up and I can't stand straight properly without some pain. What the fuck.
Question: stop the cycle now and pick it back up when I can lift heavy again....or keep going with my 250sust/wk and just wait it out?
