Ok, before you laugh I have not lifted weights in 7 years. I posted a couple months ago asking if I should juice for the first time after not lifiting for so long. Most of you said no, but fuck it, I did it anyway. I was fat as hell (still am!), but I've been busting my ass. For a month before touching the juice I did 90 minutes of cardio a day and lifted weights daily, light weight and high reps. I did this for a month, then started on a 750mg Sust cycle and started hitting the weights heavy. My calorie intake has been between 1800 and 2500 per day (mostly protien) and I'm doing 45 minutes of cardio daily. Losing fat is still more important to me right now than trying to gain maximum mass. I think I have gained decent mass for being on such a low calorie diet. The first two weeks of my cycle my weight jumped up 20 pounds (mostly water), but has now gone down to where it was when I started even though I've lost 5 inches off my waist. After this cycle is over I will be going on an EQ/OX/Winny/Primo cycle and will add even more cardio. Before you comment, I know I'm fat. I know I dont have size. I know I'm not cut. So what, I'm on my way there. To all you fat guys out there, you can lose fat and gain muscle/strength at the same time. Later bros.
