I have 5 hour timed release Men's Sport Multi Vitamin from GNC, I was wondering when the best time to take them is. The serving is 2 pills so would it be better to take one in morning and one at night? Or both in morning? Or 1 in the afternoon? Does it really even matter that much?; it kind of does to me since I will be doing the routine everyday and would like to get the most out of my vitamins.
