I have been weight training for quite some time and thinking about trying AS. I have not decided which would be best for me cause the sides scare the hell out of me - not sure where to get it anyway.
My question is: Which would be the best for adding lean mass with the least sides? Will I need any anti E's? I weigh 195 lbs and 5' 11". Not sure about body fat %.
Please advise!
