finally after trying to get an answer from them on their online support and a few emails about where my now second package is (which they never told me) i finally get this sent to me:
Sent: Tuesday, 18 March 2008 4:38:35 AM
This is with regards to your order # ******.We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We did have a few administrative issues with the shipping process and that was why the order was delayed. In lieu with this we would be issuing a refund and it will be credited into your account in 48 hours time. Please get back to us if you want a refund or a reshipment. We can add a 10% extra on the medication and reship it out for you.

i asked for a refund which they gave within the 48hrs, that was the best part of dealing with them
