macho21 New member Apr 4, 2002 #1 I got a bottle of inj. B-Complex, and I need to know how much B-12 it contains. It says 4.0ppm cyanocobalamin. Anyone know what ppm is? I figure its parts per million, but I wouldn't know how to translate that into mg's. Thanks
