Man, wanted to do a high rep set near the end of the workout and misjudged ending up at a tough 47. But once you're in the middle of the set I figure I may as well finish strong. Limped myself home and had a damn headache for the rest of the day. Legs sore for 3 days.
Heavy/low reps are SO much easier...but I like a different kind of challenge now and then.
