45yr old cycle q's?

Hey guys, In brief: I'm 6'1" 205lbs ectomorph build. I've been at this game for over 20 years. Lots of experence with training and dieting. I havn't touched any gear for over 14years...Looking for a some good advise from some of the "Masters" or "veterans" on the site. I would like to do a simple bulking cycle thru the winter with a VERY good pct. Give it one more run before I'm to old to do anything...
Last dip with the gear was T-400/deca/clomid. Good results but had some bad gyno. Dont want the gyno back and would really like to keep as much of the gains as possible. I know theres a lot of good pct products available now and would like to put everything togther properly.
Opinions would be much appreciated! Thx fellas!:)
 
Without knowing your Bodyfat, diet , or training regime it makes it hard to dial in a plan however for a first great cycle I would suggest the following: If you are GYNO prone then order some Letro and run it a .25 per day as a preventive measure and you can always increase this as needed if you start having symptoms such as itchy,leaky and puffy nipples.

Week 1-12
Test E 350 to 400 per week ,
Week 1-5
Dbol 30 to 50 mg per day.

This is a classic simple bulking cycle that works. In addition , I would run the following components along side your cycle to keep your T levels up.

Week 1-12
HCG 300 to 500 per week
Hcgenerate 3 capsules per day throughout your cycle.

Your PCT should consist of some Unleashed and Post Cycle week 12-14.. In order for all of this to come together your diet, training must be dialed in and you must hit the gym a minimum of 5 times a week..

Excellent advice
The HCG is administered with a slin pin (30 guage) and the Dosage is International units 300-500ius Just to clarify things :)
 
Thanks for the feedback guys...BF is pretty low..not to concerned with that. Not real familier with the hcg product. That would be a new one for me. I'll need to do some reading on that. Again thanks!
 
Well, Did some research on the above cycle and a couple others. Thinking this may be a bit much for what I'm looking to do. Don't really want to blow up with a lot of water. I like what I've read on the Primo / Anavar stuff. Not quite as drastic gains, but more natural. Since it seems almost impossible to get real primo, I was thinking about running the var with a nice stack of the pct stuff. Feedback is always appreiciated!
 
if you could give us your cycle history and some results / sides that would help

but if you can swing it

test 250mg per week
primo 500mg per week

everything else like was laid out before.

Cycles in my early days where a mix of Cyp, Drol, Dbol, Sust 250, deca,. Maxed out at 245lbs...with lots of bloat. My last run which was many yrs back, the gyno creeped up on me... I like the idea of the Primo, but from what I read, its almost impossible to get anything real. Anyway, just looking for 10-20lbs over the winter here without a whole lot of hassle. Thanks for the responses!
 
Arabians suggestion is a good one and if your worried about bloat & gyno get some forma stanazol or even better yet run 400mg of masterdon with the cycle Masterdon acts as an anti inhibitor and keeps you dry so theres no bloat.

radar..have you lowered your dosages of aas as youve gotten older?im 44 soon...done 5 cycles, all 500mg test e week....was thinking of doing 750mg wk next cycle...is this ok at 44,or should i stick with 500mg or even lower it/?

Yes and no.....for test is usually stay at 500mg a wk,but i will bump it ,like i did a few months ago to 750,thats my limit,i have went as high as 1500 but the gains Vs the costs is not worth it.
as far as you~ 500mg a week is good and will produce some quality gains ,no need to go any higher ,at least not yet until you gain more experience.

500mg TEST ENAN or CYP per week and use an AI like ARIMIDEX,,LETROZOLE,,or AROMASIN to
avoid the estrogen sides like gyno. Run the AI the entire cycle starting at day #1.
