THAT WILL MAKE YOU GROW FASTER ITS PROVEN THAT THREE REPS DON'T DO SHIT YOUR PROBABLY SORE CAUSE YOUR RIPPING YOUR ARMS OFF. BUT IT DOES'NT BOTHER ME WHAT YOU DO OR HOW YOU TRAIN.
 
My highest when I was bulking was 475. Then I hurt my back sometime after, then my shoulder from smith presses. After rehabilitation and recuperation I only work with around 225 now, very strict form.
 
Guess I just see shrugs as nearly worthless...nearly. My traps get hit a lot through my general training though...
