Weeks 13 - Death 200mg Test C / 3iu HGH
Do i need anything else? You mention the HCGenerate? When and how much should i take of that? HOw about standard supplements. I have been out of the "game" for a while when it comes to keeping up on supplements. I basically do a whey protein shake with 5mg of Creatine, 5mg of Glutamine post workout. Any recommendations for Pre / during / post work out supplements. I really don't want to just start throwing all this shit in my body without easing into it, so if you don't think some of the supplements are that important, than i'll probably stick with what i've been doing.
