i am expecting to start my cycle next week. Let me know if this sounds ok.

Weeks 1 -12 400mg Test C / 3iu HGH - Somatropin /
Weeks 13 - Death 200mg Test C / 3iu HGH


Do i need anything else? You mention the HCGenerate? When and how much should i take of that? HOw about standard supplements. I have been out of the "game" for a while when it comes to keeping up on supplements. I basically do a whey protein shake with 5mg of Creatine, 5mg of Glutamine post workout. Any recommendations for Pre / during / post work out supplements. I really don't want to just start throwing all this shit in my body without easing into it, so if you don't think some of the supplements are that important, than i'll probably stick with what i've been doing.

Haha the ball plumpers was HCG. It will signal your testicles to produce and not shut down and atrophy.

250IU 2 times per week is what I take on TRT. Once on the day of the Test C injection and another two days before the shot.

Yes but I'm sure you will want to do multiple blasts between now and death. 400 mg test a week is a good first blast. Then take 10-12 weeks at cruise dose and blast again when your ready. The hcg and hcgenerate will keep your balls from looking like raisins. I do 4 weeks on and 4-6 weeks off and rotate them. Just follow the dose on the bottle for hcgenerate. For hcg go 250-500 ius twice a week. As far as supps go Id take a good multi, krill oil, coq 10, and on blasts take n2guard. For pre workout I like to have a shake sometimes. I put 2 scoops of protein, tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup oats, and some fresh fruit( banana, straw berries, blue berries etc) I try different shit and combos on the fruit. I do that about an hour out. 20 min before I go to the gym I take a pre workout( ntkts, forged 1g, or atomic tabs). Post workout I eat a meal high in protein and carbs. I feel food is the best thing post workout and my body responds best that way. You have to find the combo that works for you and it will take some time to figure it out. If you wanna add in different supps at different times then that's gonna be based on current needs.
 
well i got my stuff today, and was hoping i could get some tips on identifying legit vs. fake stuff.
