Sorry bro! You sent that the week I moved! Okay here is what I do.
Sun thru Wed night I carb deplete hard I mean almost Zero except for Vegetables. Protin stays high and so does fat intake. (flax oil, Red meat, Eggs, Ect... Then Wed. Night I do a huge carb meal. All complex except for some fruit. 1-1/2 cups oatmeal, 16oz. sweet potato, 2 banannas. The next day I eat 75 grams of carb for six meals while eating about 6-8 oz. beef each meal. Then I am done loading. Friday I go all beef (sirloin) and grapefruit. I also start my diuretics then. (dyazide) 1 am, 1 pm, 1 Saturday morning. You can not load carbs to any great degree once you take your diuretics. (Dan Duchaine) I eat beef and grapefruit on saturday as well. I drink a gallon on friday and a quart on saturday. 45 minutes befor I go on stage I eat a King Sized Snickers. (brings out the Veins! I take a 99mg potassium (will not hurt you even though Dyazide is potassium sparing)every two hours friday and saturday. and I also supplement Magnesium and
Calcium. I do not cut out sodium,I cut back but not out. I think that is why many guys go flat and lose vascularity. I think the key is not to make any big last minute changes.
