4 WEEKS OUT - Some more updated pics..

Thanks for all the replies, I just hope everything works to my advantage on stage. I've been practicing my posing. Between dieting, training, posing, and working, this preparation really takes a lot of time. I can understand why most pros dont have full time jobs.

Sorry bro! You sent that the week I moved! Okay here is what I do.
Sun thru Wed night I carb deplete hard I mean almost Zero except for Vegetables. Protin stays high and so does fat intake. (flax oil, Red meat, Eggs, Ect... Then Wed. Night I do a huge carb meal. All complex except for some fruit. 1-1/2 cups oatmeal, 16oz. sweet potato, 2 banannas. The next day I eat 75 grams of carb for six meals while eating about 6-8 oz. beef each meal. Then I am done loading. Friday I go all beef (sirloin) and grapefruit. I also start my diuretics then. (dyazide) 1 am, 1 pm, 1 Saturday morning. You can not load carbs to any great degree once you take your diuretics. (Dan Duchaine) I eat beef and grapefruit on saturday as well. I drink a gallon on friday and a quart on saturday. 45 minutes befor I go on stage I eat a King Sized Snickers. (brings out the Veins! I take a 99mg potassium (will not hurt you even though Dyazide is potassium sparing)every two hours friday and saturday. and I also supplement Magnesium and
Calcium. I do not cut out sodium,I cut back but not out. I think that is why many guys go flat and lose vascularity. I think the key is not to make any big last minute changes.

I've heard of guys eating a salty and greasy breakfast the morning of the show, essentially consisting of eggs, bacon, pancakes, syrup, etc. Can you explain the reasoning behind this?

Also, at about 4 weeks out, what does your diet look like? I'm basically eating baked chicken, baked fish filets, tuna in water, steamed carrots and brocolli, and 98% fat free ground sirlion throughout the day. I take flax seed in the AM and PM, around 21g per dose. I'm also drinking zero-carb Isopure shakes, about twice per day at 75g of protein per serving, and all I drink is water. Does this make sense at this stage? I dont see why it wouldn't, but the only problem is that I always feel bloated after each meal and I cant understand why. I eat about 6-7 meals per day, and each meal is relatively small, not big at all. But maybe all the water that I'm drinking makes me feel bloated, who the hell knows.

potential tip for vasularity, and loss of adipidose water under your skin

heard this the other day from a competitior in person.....

about 1 hour or so maybe more drink shots of vinegar before you hit the stage.....it suppost to suck the water out from you skin

LOL, I got my head buzzed just a bit too short the night before :D

PS, and dont worry, things are going to get much better cuz I got another 4 weeks.
