4 WEEKS OUT - Some more updated pics..

SAF im doing the same shit bro, minus the BCAA and FFAA. I usually speed walk for around 25 minutes. I started out with very high intensity and im lowering the intensity and extending the sessions as i go. Im gonna start 25 on the treadmill and 25 on the cross trainer. I also do mine on an empty stomach.

Good luck on that contest and keep it up.

you have one of the most massive 171 pound physiques around
great work!

can we get a back shot;) ?? please

your spinal erectors look thick which suggest you do have a back don't hide it!:)

also one area of critism your hamstrings need more mass and seperation to offsett your quads, and glutes

how about stiff legged deads? instead of ham srting curls....or do both

your calves are great

great work your going to do well:)

Here are a few back shots from last night. It's looking pretty thick :D And yes, I started doing stiff-legged deadlifts about 3 weeks ago. I've been training my hamstrings as hard as possible because I know they can use some improvement.

The Arimidex is used mostly to avoid any retention produced from the fast-acting Suspension. Even though my carbs are low and water retention should not be a big problem right now, I still want to be on the safe side. To the best of my knowledge, I've been running the Tren, Winny, and Suspension all together from 7 weeks out.

The show is in New York City, Bev Francis Atlantic States on June 8th.

Hey man, my friends have been trying to get me to compete for the last 5 years, and only now did I listen. Overall, this has been a cool new experience, well, at least the preparation for the show has been interesting. I'm sure things only get better come the day of the show. I'm not sure how many calories I am taking in, but my carb intake is around 100g/day, protein is over 400g/day, and fats from FlaxSeed oil is about 40g/day. As far as precontest plans are concerned, I will most likely deplete and load up during the last week before the show. I'll probably use an OTC diuretic to strip any last traces of water off me a few days out. Carb-loading, from what I have read, doesn't put on too much weight because you only load up a few days before the show, and yes, most of the weight added will probably be offset and most likely overtaken from the diuretic. Some people drop like 10lbs from a water pill.

Hey man, thanks for the compliment, and that means a lot coming from someone like you. I sent you a PM regarding depletion and loading during the last week before the show, but you never replied. Do you think you can offer some advice, or perhaps provide me with a routine that you have used in the past? I would appreciate it very much because I dont want to screw things up at this point by *overflowing* with too many carbs. Thanks man. Shoot me an email if you want: [email protected]

Great job bro. Sorry to get off topic but what kinda of camera is that? I've been thinking about getting one and your pics seem much more detailed than some I've seen

The camera I use is the Canon Powershot S-10. It's only 2.1MegaPixels, but it takes great pics. It might be difficult to find because I purchased it over a year ago. Try Cnet.com to find any Internet dealers that still carry the camera. Oh yeah, the charger kit is separate and cost around $100, the camera cost me $325, but it's probably cheaper now.

SAF,
You look GREAT! It is good to see that your cravings are under control and your head is one straight again. Stay strong, don't panic, and you will be rewarded. Good Job!
