I've been working out about 5 years. cycling for the past
2 years. i've always played sports and been very competitive through my aging years. i'm 37 years old and this is my first time competing i feel i have to do it now! because i don't know what 40 will bring..hopefully ill still be adding muscle. my cycles in the beginning started out small mostly sust.. now its something like this
1500 mg sust, 600 mg deca 300mg eq weekly
my diet has been stricly boiled chickenbreast and broiled fish 2 to 3 eggs a day sometimes a slice of bread i started this diet 8 weeks out.. oh ya shits loads of protein, water, flaxs ,vitamins i feel good and body fat around 9% weight 195lbs . hears a couple pics

You have nice size. That said you need to get the water out of you're body and decrease the bodyfat level. At 4 weeks out I ma at 4% with the calipers. On stage if your above 5% you will not stand a chance. This is just honest feedback. You have laid the foundation but need to increase the cardio and get the water out. E mail me if you have specific questions as I compete and know the ropes very well.

re

I think you are doing well at 37 (this coming from a hot mid thirties chick) you do have a lot of size on your quads and you do need more definition/seperation. Now you do look like your holding some water to me. I know for a fact sust causes some to hold excessive amounts of water. It did me and my husband. What part of tn are you in? You should check into some fo the qualifying competitions that come through.
Anyway, good job overall I think. Lower the bf, you have good overall symetry.

Looking pretty good. Like a couple people have already said lose a little water, but gain a little more size on your lats and calves. Good Job !!!

I'VE BEEN BODYBUILDING NOW FOR ALMOST TWENTY YEARS.......SO I HOPE THESE TIPS MIGHT HELP YOU IN YOUR SHOW AND YOUR FUTURER.

1. TAKE ALL ADVICE YOU RECIEVE WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. SINCE THIS IS YOUR FIRST SHOW, JUST KEEP AND OPEN MIND AND WHEN IT COMES TIME TO GET OUT ON STAGE JUST HAVE FUN, YOU WORKED HARD SO ENJOY YOU 90 SECONDS OF FAME. THIS SHOW WILL BE A GOOD LEARNING EXPERINCE FOR YOU.

2. YOU HAVE THE SIZE SO FORGET ABOUT TRYING TO GET BIGGER AT THIS PIONT, BUT ARE STILL HOLDING SOME WATER AT 4 WEEKS OUT, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER SWITCHING TO WATER BASE GEAR AND DROP THE OIL BASE STUFF. I.E SUSPENSION, WINSTROL.

3. AT THIS TIME I WOULD ALSO ADD CYTOMEL AND CLENBUTEROL INTO THE MIX AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

4. INCREASE YOUR CARDIO TO AT LEAST 20 MIN A DAY AT 80% OF YOUR MAX THR.

5. AND START WORKING ON YOUR POSING.

ANYWAY I WISH ONLY THE BEST, SORRY TO BE A LITTLE SHORT WITH THE INFO IF YOU NEED ANYMORE ADVICE JUST DROP A LINE.

"IF YOU TRULY BELIEVE IN YOURSELF GOOD THINGS WILL COME TO BE.

PS KEEP YOUR WATER INTAKE AT ABOUT 2 GALLONS A DAY AT THIS PIONT.

BEST OF LUCK.

Gold good advise on the water based. My first show I dropped all oil 5 weeks out and the last wek did carb depletion and sodium depletion than water depletion and increased carbs the last two days. came in ripped and dry. took 2nd in a very tough class.

Wow. Very nice. Little work on the grass though, maybe some extra seed in a standard spray would fill it out. Prune that tree, put the stuff in the garage, and you'll have a very nice backyard. Keep it up.

Oh shit, we're talking about his body? Abs, buddy. Lose that water and run your ass around the block a few more times a day, I guess.

thanx for all the feed back people! i've worked my ass off the last 3 weeks..i'am down to 5%or lower on bodyfat. my body looks totaly different.. water is not easy to get rid of!!! i feel small at 185 lbs, and have the
upmost respect for anyone who diets strickly...
i'm trying to get some more pics today..so i can post them... thanx again.... HrdcrBdy
