4 weeks on test....weak results

i just finished my 4th week of prop at 300 mg a week, and i have only gained a couple pounds.....

im 5'11''
203-205lbs
15.5% bf

the cycle is a 10 week cycle, i have 6 weeks left to go and decided to start taking winstrol at 60 mg ed till the 6 weeks are up...

my plan during this cycle was to cut....keeping my cals and carbs low while keeping protein at 200 g per day...

but after these 4 weeks, i am starting to realize that i may need to eat more cals, roughly 2500-3000 a day(i grow on that many)......and keeping my carbs still relatively moderate at around 200 grams per day.....

what am i doing wrong? is 200 grams of protein per day not enough?

i dont want to waste the 6 weeks weeks i have left with the prop and winstrol, so i am thinking of switching from a cutting diet to the diet i described above.....

do you guys think i should just do this for the 6 weeks and then cut after my cycle? maybe get some lipoflame or something?

i just think "trying to cut" on this cycle might not give me the results i want, and i spent a shit ton of money on this gear.....

So you gained a couple of pounds but are on a cutting cycle? Umm.. what is your BF% now? That is the real question... Also you are not getting enough protein - 1.5 - 2 grams per pound of weight is the rule as a minimum when trying to cut or add mass. It will either help you grow or retain what you have.

Double your protein intake and possibly your fiber intake, and try to keep everything else the same. This should give you the muscle and hardness that you are probably looking for.

2gm per lb of body weight is not unreasonable at all for your protein intake.

If you need help cutting DermaTherm and Tea-3 would offer tremendous help… but the diet is very important.

What is your T dose anyway?

i posted it....300 mg ew

thing is, i just dont look much different....im a little stronger,endurance is a little higher, but not what people expect when you tell them(im on steroids)

Oh, I see it now.

300mg/week is low… and if your a younger guy its probably not much more than what your body is already producing naturally. This is why I suggest 500mg/wk for just about any cycle.

You may either want to throw an oral into the mix, or get some more T ASAP.

I am a little confused bro, you state that you are trying to cut then state you are cobncerned that you are not gaining enough weight? Help me out here so I can help you???? What is your goal for this cycle?

i never stated that i was concerned that i didnt gain any weight.....i stated that my body does not look much different at all......i mean i still hhave 6 weeks left, and PP, i am adding wonstrol at 60 mg ed for these 6 weeks as well.....do you guys think i should up my dosage of test to say, 400 mg a week? would this be safe? how much would i have enough for at 400 mg a week?

Yes, it would be safe, but I don’t know how much test you have left.
