4 weeks into cycle, pic too.

i took these pics at the start of week 4 in my cycle which is testoviron 250mg every 5 days for 10 weeks/14amps, and d-bol 20mg week1,25mg next 10days,and 30mg last 10days. in thses pics im weighing in at 180lbs. R-arm is 15in. flexed,L-arm is 14.75in. flexed. im not sure of anything else but i will be takeing mesurements tonight and i started week 6 yesterday,also will be taking pics at the end of this week,hopefully weighing in at 185,and a little bigger. this is basicly my firt cycle, cause my real first was a 5 weeker, with verry low dosages. please give me some input and your opinions.

You are making very good gains. You are also very smart in that you are using low dosages, and as you can see they give excellent results if you eat and train right. Keep up the good work and be patient with your physique. Give it time to grow as well as recuperate from steroid use.
Remember a good rule of thumb is to stay away from anabolics until you can naturally get you strengh levels up to where they were when you were on. Only then hit the next cycle. The results will be awsome.
 
everything looks in place keep the cals up and when your off diet down a little and those abs should be alot more visible
 
thanks alot guys, right now im about 5 lbs heavyer then that those pics.hopefully i get my winny in at the end of next week so i can start cutting alitte, cause i sure am holding a litlle water and fat. hope to hear what u other bro's have to say.
 
i think you should turn your calories way up and get a shit load of protein, you have a good base, but lots of room for more mass, plus its winter and why have your shirt off?. Nice beginners cycle, and props for having the nuts to post a pic. Good luck bro

How long have you been training and how old are you ????
 
im 20 years old and have been lifing for 6 years, i lifted for 4 year streight, before juicing. i decided to start juiceing cause i was just not gaining anything and my protein and cals were pritty high. i used creatine of and on and just stoped liking it, i started at 145lbs and my first cycle put me to 165 and this cycle has put me to 180-185lbs, my first cycle was a 5 weeker with only 20mg d-bol for 2 weeeks and 250mg enanthate for 5 weeks and my diet was way better then what im going now. i just moved and i dont have a job so i dont have that much protein arround to drink so i eat mass chicken, tuna and 6 eggs a day,and lots of read meet and breads. im hopeing that i will get up to 190 and keep some of the gains and maintain my weight at 185. in my first cycle i gained 25lbs and kept 20. btw i am a verry hardgainner. off cycle i cant gain crap, my matabolism is way too high. keep the questions comeing bro's.
 
i agree about arms and shoulders i would also say bring those lats out for the v taper,other then taht good progress bro

i agree with on that one my arms are a little behind, and im finding thatt my shoulder are comeing arround alot more then in that pic i took 2 weeks ago.

one question, why is it that when i work biceps, i feel like my forearms are doing half of the work. i do all the different typs of bicep workouts and at the end of each rep im always squizzeing the bicep.so far ive put an inch on my arms, but its seems like i should have more. any of u guys have good tips on getting a good picep peak?or some really good arm workout that u bro's do?i usualy i do 4sets of 10 and do 4 different work outs, some times i will do 3sets of 10 when i feel like i havve pushed my bicep to its limit.

i will be posting my week 6 pics this weekend and i will show you my lat spread, which is alot more then in those pics. to tell u the truth my lats were non existant before this cycle. before i was doing behind the head lat pull downs and it was doing nothing for me for 4 years, untill i started doing front lat pull downs and actully just useing just my lats and squeezeing them at the end of a rep, and that has totaly built them up. before i was ussing alot of my arms. and i can totaly tell the difference now.
 
i just took some measurement and R-arm was 15-1/8 inches and L-arm was 14-7/8 inche.when u guys measure your chest do you flex your lats of just let them hang? and where do u guys measure your legs?. i live here in kentucky and i went to a pharmacy today and asked for 1 inch 25g individual needles and the lady went and check but said they were out. is it legal to just give out neddles to anyone here in kentucky?i will try again next week to see if they have any.R-fore arm is 12-1/2 inchs and L- is 12-1/8. both wrists are 7inches, so maybe thats why my arms are growing so slow,cause i work out my arms hella good everytime i workout, would haveing small wrists have anything to do with it?
