4 Weeks In and Shoulder Injury

Need some advice...

I'm starting my 5th week in on the following cycle

1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
1-12 Tren E 400mg/wk
1-12 EQ 400mg/wk
7-12 Winny 50mg/ed
1-12 Adex 1mg/eod

Last week, I started having horrible pain in my right rotary cuff... played it smart went to the doc and no tear or impingement, just a lot of swelling. I'm now seeing a PT for treatment and I can't lift chest or armsfor another 2-3 weeks. Should I just roll into PCT and start over in a couple of months or just continue.
 
Tough decision.

Since you are in week 4 getting ready to roll into week 5, and it is a serious injury that completely eliminated upper body, I'd hit PCT and make sure you recover. Others may have other recommendations. 3 weeks is a long time during a 12 week cycle - that is 25% of it.

No, don't come off, you'll increase cortisol and make it worse. Just work around it and come back to it in a couple weeks. You're muscles are growing faster than your connective tissue and joints can handle. Be careful with that or you'll hurt something else. Go up slow on your weights.

solid advice from the man! i seem to always get that problem, i keep upping my lifts, and i can feel my damn joints stressing more and more, but i like to lift heavy weights :chomp:
but i'm getting a little bit better w/my impulse control, and now i don't mind slowing down. Just slow it down a bit and you'll be good to go bro. its worth it!! best of luck to ya!

i would eliminate the winny from this cycle because of this injury if you continue
if you have some deca you could discontinue the tren and start deca to eliveate some joint issues but that would be an experiment you might not want to try since you are using a long acting tren ester

make sure to take some glucosamine and chondroiton to help out with the joints also

i convince about 8 people at work to try it and every single one of them had great results in helping with injuries

haha
I use glucosamine and chondroiton almost everyday. I use extra the day before my bench and shoulder workout.
