First ever PH cycle for me...
Physical Stats: ( Day 1 ) 20 years old 6ft, 179 pounds
Last set of bench - 255x5
Last set of Overhead press - 135 x 4
Last set of Bent row - 155x4
Last set of BB Curls ( gay I know but i had a huge gain ) - 115 x 6
I did 5 pumps a day to my arms, chest, upper back, and stomach. I could not do squat or deadlift during this cycle because my hip is having major problems.
Day 24 Ending stats last set... 6ft 176 pounds
I lost 3 pounds throughout this cycle, but I look bigger. So I definately dropped body fat and gained muscle. Look much leaner in my arms and abs really show.
Bench 255 x 7
Overhead press - 140 x 6
Bent row - 175 x 4
Curls - 135 x 8
I had very solid gains in my biceps and back during this cycle, very noticeable in my curls and lat pulldowns. As for my bench only going up two reps... My tri's and shoulders got much stronger on isolation lifts so it should have been going up, but about halfway through the cycle I began to experience elbow pain when doing bench press and I believe that altered my results there.
Energy- 8/10 : I felt a boost of energy about an hour after applying the pumps to my body made it much easier to go to class actually
Pump- 9/10 : Great pumps, veins really popped out by week 3 . A lot of people noticed
Strength- 7/10 : decent gains for what I already knew was a mild hormone
Bedroom- 9/10 : Loved these effects! Lasted longer, wanted it more, harder erections, recovered faster.
Would definately recommend to others and will most likely run this again sometime.
