4 times a week cardio

There is really no basis to this. Ideally you build up to as long as you have time for. And the average per-minute ratio of fat loss goes up the longer you go. I'd get it up to 90 minutes if you have that much time (but it looks like you don't).

90 minutes in a session? much rather have double cardio sessions (morning, evenings) then... but then again, who has time for that?

I have a TV in the room where my elliptical is. This helps really curbs the bordem and give me something to stare at lol. If you don't like TV or don't have one availble music might help you too.

i do my cardio at the gym and they do have TVs but still man it's boring even with TV, the only time it will be fun is having a striper for 45 min, LOL

Because your body initially relies on glycogen and not fat.

Double cardio means you restart the energy usage and throw away the first time you got yourself into fat loss mode.

another successfull 45min :)

what do u guys think, should i do monday tuesday thursday friday, 45min MODERATE and wednesday HIIT?

That's why so many people swear by morning (empty stomach) cardio. I guess most of my glycogen is used up by morning because it's hard as hell getting things moving.

another 45 min, feels good, man i do alot of exercises in one day, i walk 20 min in the morning to the gym, i do 45 min cardio, i walk 45 min at lunch time and walk 20 min back to the train station and lift weights after work

I NEED A VACATION

Monday to Thursday i do moderate cardio for 40 min on Ellyptical machine and friday i do HIIT for 20 on stat bike :)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

let me get this straight, so keep ur hear rate at certain # for 45 min, so does not matter how fast, level u do on the machine, as long as the rate is steady at certain rate, so 220-29= 191, so 191 x 80% = 152.8 beats per minute.

this is all according to this site
