#4 starts tonight...whatcha think?

Here we go w/ #4 bros:

1-16: 750 mgs test e (might drop down to 500 for last 8 wks)
3-14: 100 mgs tren acetate e.d.
1-16: 1 mg adex e.o.d.
9-16: alternating every 2 wks between clen and ECA stacks
hcg and clomid for PCT

I'm doing a half bulk, half cut with this one. I'll also be doing 45 minutes on the bike 5 x a week throughout the whole thing...lookin to put on some size and get cut at the end. I know a lot of bros on this board prefer to do one or the other, but this worked extremely well for me before...plus I can't resist that 1st 8 wks of bulking, I live for that 2 month period! I'M JACKED AS HELL ABOUT THIS CYCLE, CANT WAIT!

Stats: 5'10, 197 lbs, approx 13% b.f., have run 3 cycles before. After all is said and done I hope to get to about 200-205 w/ 10% b.f. (although I think I should be able to do a little better).

That seems to be a long time running Tren (12 weeks). Have you run Tren that long before? I thought most people saw gains stop after week 8.
 
Ditto on the Tren - other than that - Keep it CLEAN, and good luck!
 
Good luck. That does seem like a long time for tren though,have you done it that long before at that dosage?. If you have without any problem's and you still made gain's why the hell not i figure.
 
Brother, that tren is going to be run way too long. I personally don't fuck with it for more than 6 weeks, 8 is the tops I'd ever go (if I ever would).

As for the test, start it out at 500 and raise it to 750 as you go longer into it. That way your gains keep coming. If you do it the other way, you are lowering the dosage in the middle of the cycle.

And one final piece of advice, I wouldn't try to do a bulk and cut at the same time. I'd recommend a clean bulk, where you eat tons of clean food and try to add muscle but keep bodyfat the same. Or possibly run the tren in the end with the test, and try to tighten up the last few weeks, and bulk for the first half of the cycle. But either way I'd do one or the other. I know everyone has a different opinion on this, and this is just mine.
