it's not the double dosage perse. . .but the biological magnification that takes place over a period of time with fat soluable vitamins. . .whatever doesn't get used can get stored (in your fat cells) and build up over a period of time, thus resulting in an overdose. . .down the road. . .i doubt that you have anything to worry about. . .
