I've been sitting out in the sun for a couple days. I get dark easy, I use ProTan, just don't have any on yet.

Right now I am about 209 at 5'11, I am pretty carb depleted.

It is refreshing to see someone that actually works out on this site. So many people posting pics and their heavy cycles, yet looking like they've never seen a gym before. You look great from what I can tell. Can't see the vascularity, but I'm sure that's only because of the lighting in the pics.

By any chance do you use GH? What's your age?
