4 day workout plan with limited resources

I started working out a few months ago only going 3 days a week. I want to step it up to 4 days now that I'm not so busy and I'm not sure how I should work it. We only have the basics at our apt. gym. It has dumb bells and all the basic leg machines and a lat pulldown machine and an incline bench. I have been doing 25 minutes on the elipitcal machine because I want to loose weight at the same time as building muscles and I'm usually in the gym for about an hour. I was doing curls and tricep dips and shoulders on monday, dumb bell press and lat pulldowns and shrugs on wednesday and legs and forearms on thursday. I was only doing 3 sets of 10 and crunches everyday. Should I be doing something different or am I missing any muscles? How should I spread it out to 4 days?
