4 day plan... how to break it down?

I'm lifting 4 days a week, wondering if I should go for M-W-F-Sat split or M-Tu-Th-F split.

I've been doing the M-Tu-Th-F split for some time now. I find myself a bit too tired during the week, and my lifts are reflecting it. I figure M-W-F-Sat split gives me 1 day off between each day with the exception of Friday & Saturday. However, I'll be doing arms on Friday and Legs on Saturday, so I won't be working the same muscle groups at all, so I figure it might work.

Think this will work?
 
yeah... i get 7-7.5 hours of sleep every night. i'm trying to get 8-8.5 hours. i know this would help things out. but i'm still exhausted after a hard chest day on monday. i feel like my back workkout on tuesday is affected because of my exhaustion.
 
If you mean each part once weekly

Day 1 - chest, delts
day 2 - back
day 3 - legs
day 4 - arms
 
I do a 4 day split too. I personally like:

Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Rest
Thursday-Shoulders/Arms
Friday-Legs
SAT+SUN-Rest

I like having those 2 days off in a row. Really feel it helps me recover and grow well in preparation for the next weeks workouts.
 
I do mon, wed, fri, sun like this:

Monday: ME Lower
Wednesday: Upper 1
Friday: DE Lower
Sunday: Upper 2
