4-bar and antidepressants

last night my girl took a 4bar while she was out with her girlfriend and this morning she woke up confused and was calling people by other names. she's currently on xanax for depression.

my question is what exactly is in a 4bar and are there permanent side effects if mixed with an antidepressant.

any info greatly appreciated, sorry if this isnt the right place to ask but i couldnt think of anywhere else

Xanax is not used as an anti-depressant. It is used to treat people that have mild to severe anxiety. I have never heard of a 4bar, although a two mg xanax is commonly refered to as a 'bar'.
Xanax, when taken by someone with not much of a tollerance, can cause temporary loss of memory. There is no way in hell I would let my girl go out drinking and take an xanax. When I was in highschool we used to call the pantydropers, if that tells you anything.

I believe they are Xanax. They come in a strip that is 4 bars (which are scored like a piece of chocolate) each of which is a hole dose. So she took 4x either .25mg, .50mg ,1mg and 2mg. Combined with alcohol and you might as well have one zap you with a memory erasor. You lose complete cognitive functioning of your mind. Your there talking interacting but are not there at all.
