not really.... its kinda like a total charity thing..... organizations go canning (greek, sports teams, clubs) where they leave for the weekend and stand on a road and ask for money a few weekends of the year, we send out letters earlier in the year asking for money, there is a 48 hour dance marathon where people are sponsered.... watch the vid

I have seen it first hand. My Daughter got sick in 2005 with a rare bone infection and was on the same floor with kids that were fighting cancer. It took all I had to not break down each and ever day,and I was there for over a month. On the other hand I met some vere special kids and there parents.
