progress looks good so far. just keep shoveling in those calories. chest could use some catching up, what are you doin for your chest day?

reading your previous post/stats and now seein more pics, is it possible that you have marfan syndrom. not to be a dick and all, ive had people say the same when i was younger to me. but the sunk-in chest, elongaded arms etc. but def good progresman. keep it up

I see your chest is sunken in, my cousin had that same problem (forget what it is called) but he had surgery on it back in may. Looks much normal now and also brought up his oxygen levels because his sternum was no longer pushing on his lungs. You might want to look into this.

Well to answer all your questions...

I put on 35lbs total, started at 182lbs now am 217lbs. (oh and I'm 6' 5" BTW)

For my lifts they all went... (5 rep max)

Bench 95lbs - 150lbs
Deadlift 75lbs - 225lbs
Squat 75lbs - 195lbs
Military Press - 60lbs - 85lbs
Barbell Row - 75lbs - 185lbs.

And I don't have Marfin's syndrome but I do have pectus excavitum which gives my chest an odd appearance.

I don't have a chest workout day yet, as I'm still on Rippetoes. I switch from alternating Bench and Press and do 3 workouts per week.

So one of my workouts looks like

1.Squats
2.Bench
3.Deadlift

and the other looks like

1.Squats
2.Military Press
3.Barbell Rows

As for adding stuff I have no clue what I would add to my chest, I figure if I keep adding weight to my Military press and Bench that my chest will be forced to grow some.

Yeah I could look into getting the nuss surgery or something but I don't want to because my oxygen levels are normal or even better then most and it would take months away from training, just not something I want to deal with right now.

where's the "after" pics?

j/k

Yeah, I would think the after pics would be under after:, lol.

Anyways you might not notice my progress now but I'm sure if I keep adding the poundage I'm sure to get big eventually, I just hope I'm not to fat when I'm reasonably heavy.

I changed my poses in my pics, as I didn't think the previous ones did me justice, check 'em out again if you want as I changed em a bit.

big improvement. 35 pounds is a lot of weight to add. it is being put over your 6'5 frame so it is not quite as pronounced at with others, but you are still changing for the better.

good job and stick with it

Yea, plus it's only been 4 1/2 months... Imagine what I will look like in 3 years...

...Beastly I hope!

Awseome Leg Improvement. I must admit your front upper body shot havent excelled as well as your legs. Try putting some Dips, Chins/Pulls into your routine.

Yea, I'm adding them now. Hopefully that will help me.
