hey guys. so listen. i've done the 5x5 twice now. my lifts are still low due to inconsistence and my IBS. i havent been able to lift since may due to several reasons. i plan on starting this september.
i've never run the 3x5, but i got advice that i should to get back into things given the long lay off. my question is, for anyone who has run it, what aux. work have you guys done.
i plan on substituting rows for power cleans because ive never done them, and i have no one to coach me on the matter.
other than that, should i stick to something similar to the 5x5, doing abs and lower back m and w and doing a lot of aux work on fri?
