3weeks on, what u think

hey, its been 20 days so far on my cycle of 500mg test enth, 500mg eq and 100mg fina each day, the first week i put on about 10 pounds, but since i have only addin 3-4 more, is this ok, and when should it hit me hard, i wake up each night , soaked, guess thats from the fina right,

starting 201 12.9%bf
day 20, 214 12.0 $bf
 
20 days and 13-14 lbs? Thats pretty soild if you ask me. Nowadays, when I start up a cycle, I dont even expect to gain 20lbs, so you are doing great. And you have lost almost 1% bf. Be happy bro.

The night sweats can come from other AAS, but fina is often the culpret. (see my signature :p )
 
haha, i was wondering about my gains, since they came so fast and now slowed down, i know being only 20 days, that the test isnt in full force and the eq isnt either
 
Also, dont forget to have before and after pics. The ones you posted last time were pretty good, I am currious to see what you end up with after this cycle.
 
i need to work on my chest the most, it seems it growns great, but its like it gets heavey and want to point down, u know what i mean, , how can i fix this
 
Yeah, you need to hit the incline bench hard and heavy. Also do incline bench flies and if you can use a cable machine, do the incline flies on it and cross your hands at the top and flex and hold for a second. There are more exercises you can do, but you need to focus on the upper and inner parts of your pecs.
 
Because you have focused too much on the lower part, built up a bunch of mass there and you got nothing upstairs to support it. If you have even chest development, you won't have problems with it sagging. I would skip flat or decline bench for a couple of weeks if I was you or do a lower weight / high reps thing and really make incline your power exercise on chest day.
 
Who cares what happens in the first 3 weeks? That's not real muscle anyway.
 
Someone touched on this earlier in your thread, but now when I do cycles I just look for the end result because I dont make massive gains anymore, maybe 10lbs at most. So I would say that you are doing great and with gains like that you can push the envelope pretty far.

20 pounds that rapidly is great. My first cycle I put on about 20 in 10 weeks, now I'm lucky to get 10.

there was a small problem the last few, days, if i missed 4 days , which was 4 ccs of fine and 1 of eq, test, will that mess me up that much
 
R/tman, what kind of eq are u using??

I have never gained more thatn 10lbs from any cycle. My body just doesnt react well to AS. But the wieght i gain is very quality..
 
I'm pretty sure R/Tman is using QV EQ.

He seems to respond well to AS and his weight gain is also quality if i can remember from some of the pics i have seen.

Hopefully i'll end up doing that well with my cycle:D :D

What is your BF? If you start cutting carbs you should lose a lot of water, which is probably what you are describing?

Don't ever back off of weight. But you should start hitting incline more, make it your first exercise.

But as I said a post ago, it could be from excess water.
 
im using qy eq and test enth. i havent really dont any decline in the past few months, is flat bench cause to much growth at the lower part. shold i also do incline flys and focus on inline with eveything. i had a little set back the past week, but im ready to get back on track, my body fast is around 12.5-12.9%
